hellos, man today training was tiring,but well seriously i dont feel tired, i do but not sooo tired till i faint. which i dont.

roger keeps picking on me,and i dont know why..lols
oh oh i farted when i did knee lifts ,oh well i cant prevent it,i ate chilli..lols

woof woof meow meow, i realise mama cant stand him, hes good in his own ways but he acts like a coach, all i can do is laugh.


well my page cbox has been flooded and the only person i can think of is ,
well i forget about the incident, im smiling and moving on with my life, even its hard like a child leaving his blanket. chew the meat and spit the bones.

Amalina,i never blame you actually for BUSTING me .well I'm sure you have you re reasons.hahhha, well although we fought at times but we re still good friends, thank you. And to bal bal for inviting me for om shanti om.she rocks as usual.

well coming to the last lap, i guess, talking in a calm way is much better,better than blasting all my hatred and make me more mean!.
